Dizzy Spells, Dull Ache In Testicle. Ultrasound Showed Small Inconsequential Cyst In Testicle. History Of Quitting Smoking And Sertraline. Guide

I have a semi-persistent dull ache in my right testicle. I have seen my GP and had an ultrasound. Each testicle has a small inconsequential cist and the ultrasound technician said there might, might maybe, be a very small hernia. I have been told to see my GP again. However the last couple of weeks i have noticed slight dizzy spells. susceptible to contact. That is if I tread heavily for whatever reason feel slightly light headed and dizzy. I am 49, in reasonable good health, I quit smoking, with the aid of Champix 12 weeks ago (yes really - not even one since) and until recently ( about 2 weeks ago) was taking sertraline (total for about 3-4 months. no other information of apparent import. Any ideas?

Hi, it appears to be the hernia, vericose veins, stones in the lower ureter, or torson of the epidedymis, any one among them can cause giddy ness. you may need to have M.R.I. for confirmation.
So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you.
