Dizziness, Numbness On Tip Of My Tongue, No Growth On Tongue. Causes And Treatment?

I have for several months had issues with dizzyness and for the past several months had issues with the tip of my tongue being numb as well. Been to several doctors for this and they see no signs of any growth on my tongue and both have said give it some time. I wish to find out what is causing this as it has gone on way to long. Can you help? Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for your query.

your symptoms point towards causes like
1.electrolyte imbalance
2. vitamin B 12 deficiency
3.very rarely TIA(transient ischemic attack).

My would advise you to start electrolyte rich fluids and Methylcobalamin supplements. you can also consult your neruophysician for drugs like gabapentin

also you can get an X-Ray done to check for cerivical spondylosis for the additional dizziness symptoms.if that comes positive you can start head and neck exercises for relief.

thank you,
wishing you good health
