Hi, Your periods became irregular, and you are light headed, dizzy, cramps, body aches, back pain and leg pains.
All these symptoms indicate there is either anemia, or infection.I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe cefixime, pain killers, ranitidine, and hematinics.
So i advise you to consult a doctor for treatment.
Thank you.
