Difficulty in breathing. ECG, X-ray, scan reports normal. Advised to take rabekind plus. How long should I take medication?

Hi sir, I age 31 and last one year i am facing like difficulty in breathing . I went many doctors and checked all my things like ecg , xray scan, heart etc, Nothing was problem in me. If i had food at that time, i can able to breath easily. then doctor gave Rabekind plus for 10 days. It was ok on those days, but still i am facing the same problem, so how long should i take that medicine and what type of food i should take?

I think you should improve your diet avoiding too much of tea, spices, chillies etc..keeping the head end slightly elevated while sleeping. take small frequent fixed meals.

you can also get checKed for H pylori status which is a common cause for prolonged peptic acid disorders.
continue rabekind plus for 1-2 wks.

you may need to take Rabekind plus for a long period,
You may be having reflux of stomach contents to food-pipe.
The disease can be confirmed by an endoscopy ( OGDscopy )
In addition to tablet some lifestyle modification can help you.
Have meals at fixed times. Do not skip meals
Reduce fat in the meal.Avoid coffee , tea , cola . These can loosen the valve between foodpipe and stomach.
Avoid hot spicy food.
Keep your head end elevated while sleeping.
