Hello,
Thanks for writing in.

The significant finding in your breast ultrasound is:

There is a well defined mass 1.37 x1.42 cm hypoechoic, well defined mass at 9 o clock position. It is 1.2 cm to nipple and 1.73 c.m deep from skin in the right breast.

Yhis most likely represents a benign breast cyst. They can be painful at times.

If you are still worried, I suggest you consult an oncosurgeon and get ultrasound guidied FNAC of the breast cyst for further confiormation.

Hope this helps.
