Diagnosed With Knee Effusion, Gastric Bypass Surgery, Calcium And Oxalate Kidney Stones. Taken Anti Inflammatories. Diet Must Include?

yes, i have been diagnosed with knee effusion about '4' weeks ago. i am still in so much pain and actually in some ways it is worse than when i first noticed it. i have taken some anti-inflammatories, but they are so strong and i shouldn't really be on them as i have had the gastric by-pass surgery. is this something that will eventually subside? also, is there a special food diet that i could adhere to that would help me? i have a long history of calcium and oxalate kidney stones so i do not take in very much calcium. i have diabetes, high blood pressure and also have a pace-maker. these are just a few of the hi-lites of my health issues if this will help to get some answers. the worse thing right now for me is that i do not have any health insurance, so i can't just run to the doctor.

thank you for any guidance that you may give me.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
No doubt there is fluid (effusion) in the knee, but what is the cause of this effusion?
Since you are suffering from many disease along diabetes and heart disease.
It is very difficult to diagnose by simple history of swelling ( effusion ) in knee joint.
If it very red and shining may be due to infection .
May be due to tuberculosis of knee joint,
May be osteoarthritis.
In my opinion consult an Orthopaedician and get his opinion and treatment.
Good luck.
