Diabetic, Gout. Suggest A Good Diet?

I am a diabetic controlled by tablets and diet but I have been told I have bad gout .I am having trouble finding information on exactly what foods you should avoid.i have just printed out some information on the 10 triggers foods for gout but nothing is said about vegetables could you please help me as one thing contradicts the other at times.

Hello,
The main foods to be avoided are seafoods,meat,alcohol and sugary drinks.
Certain vegetables are also avoided as these contain some purines.These are spinach,asparagus,cauliflower,mushrooms etc.
