Hello,

In diabetes the demand of vitamin B12 is more than normal person. So it is recommended for a diabetic to take vitamin B12 supplement regularly.
Secondly the symptoms may be due to high blood sugar.
I would advice my patient to check forblood sugar at regular intervals and adjust the dose age of diabetic drugs accordingly.
Regularly follow diet and exercise.
Vitamin B12 deficiency can be diagnosed with B12 essay blood test. Consult your doctor and get more help.
