DEAR SIR/MADAM

WELCOME TO HEALTH CARE MAGIC

WEIGHT REDUCTION IS THE CORNER STONE FOR THE TREATMENT OF DIABETES IN OBESE PATIENTS.
IF YOU TAKE INSULIN IT WILL STILL CAUSE WEIGHT GAIN, SO TRY TO SWITCH TO LESS WEIGHT GAINING INSULIN SUCH AS ANALOG INSULIN.
YOUR JOINT SORENESS MIGHT BE DUE TO OSTEOARTHRITIS, IT IS VERY COMMON IN OBESE PATIENTS, SO CONSULT AN ORTHOPEDICIAN AND TAKE AN OPINION
REVIEW THE MEDICINES THAT YOU ARE TAKING FOR COPD BECAUSE SOME OF THE MEDICINES WILL INTERACT WITH EACH OTHER,
CHECK YOUR BLOOD UREA, SERUM CREATININE AND LIPID PROFILE, THESE SHOULD BE IN NORMAL LIMITS.
SINCE YOUR HAD A TRIPLE BY PASS I NEED TO KNOW THE CURRENT MEDICINES THAT YOU ARE TAKING NOW

THANKS
