Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
While having food, there will be more blood supply for GIT and less to brain. This may cause hyoo glycemic symptom for a while and since his sugar level and BP is under control, ask him to continue same treatment. You can give small amount of sweet(very little quantity) before taking food. As he is 78 years get done his master health examinations once in a year. Regular out door exercises and good diet will help him. Consult your doctor for further examination and management.
Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Hello,

This action is not typical of any symptoms related to diabetes.

Moreover the patient does not complain about any dizziness or other symptom during the course.

You need to discuss with your father if he experiences any problem during that time.

If the symptoms are appropriate then you need to consult your doctor.

DEAR SIR/MADAM

WELCOME TO HEALTH CARE MAGIC

HE MIGHT BE HAVING GASTRO ESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE, WHICH IS VERY COMMON IN OLD DIABETES PATIENTS.

IT IS IDEAL TO ADMINISTER HIM WITH PROTON PUMP INHIBITOR SUCH AS PANTAPRAZOLE WITH PROKINETIC SUCH AS DOMPERIDONE IN COMBINATION MORNING BEFORE BREAKFAST. BEFORE TAKING PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR AND RULEOUT ANY CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR IT.

THANKS

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since your father's diabetes and hypertension are under control , so need not to worry keep up these drugs regularly.
As far as concerned about Dabur Pancharist , you can use it , but in my opinion there is no any scientifically proved study for its claim.
Good luck.
