Developed A Itchy Crawling Skin Feeling. Advised Antahiatamine. Now Have Tingling Feeling. Cure For Symptoms?
I developed this itchy crawling skin feeling about a week ago all over my body. I went to the doctor who specializes in internal medicine with him basically thinking it is hormone related to menopause. He gave me an antahiatamine in case was an allergic reaction and another med in case was inflammation in body. Now tingling and pain is less severe but still there . This feeling is worse than anything else I have experienced. Any ideas?
Hello Thanks for using Healthcaremagic. If the itching is due Allergy, Contact dermatitis or irritants like soap and detergents , you feel better if you take Antihistamines and Steroids. Itching all over the body may also be an initial symptom of liver disease, Anemia, thyroid disorder. If the symptom persists, consider blood test, liver function test and other tests as directed by your Dermatologist.
Take care
