hi madhuri.. periods get delayed due to a lot of reasons like stress
mental and physical, wrong eating habits, poor lifestyle, weather changes etc.. do not worry.. i would suggest just to do a pelvic sonography
just to rule out any possibility of PCOD
.. in the meanwhile go for brisk walks/ jog for 1 hour, eat healthy foods like fruits especially papaya, figs.. have nuts, salads, whole grains..avoid fried and sweets..you can also have jaggery pieces and dates to help menstruate sooner... do not worry as stress will delay it even more... you can do yoga
and some breathing exercises to calm your mind..incase PCOD comes positive ask your doctor for medication and exercise and eat healthy diet..rest well..
