I started levimir last month for type 2. My period was twelve days late and looked like implantation spotting. I have many pregnancy symptoms but tested negative on hpt on last day of spotting. Can insulin cause this? I am usually regular at 25 days but I am 47 so was also thinking menopause. I feel so confused because I feel pregnant. I also take spironolactone , allergy meds and omeprazole. Thank you.
