Hello,
Since you are a week overdue, you should consult your gynecologist for an examination and tests. You may need blood tests as HPTs are not so sensitive. Also, you may need a sonogram. Pregnancy may occur as soon as four months after the last shot; it may take even up to one year. You may wait for another week and consult your gynecologist for further advice. Take care.
