Delayed Periods, Have All PMS Symptoms, Home Tests Negative. Could Still Be Pregnant ?

Hello. I'very been extremely regular for the past 5 months, but Ive had late periods before. I'm currently 10 days late for my period, and wasn't too concerned until today when I started throwing up for no reason. I had my typical PMS symptoms a week before I was due (cramps, backaches, and moodiness), and I still have them now along with the vomiting, headaches, and bloating. The HPTs I've taken have shown negative results. Is it still possible that I'm pregnant?

Hi,
In the current scenario, I would ask you to go for a blood pregnancy test and do a trans-vaginal sonogram to exclude/confirm pregnancy. It could be a delayed period as you used to have earlier, but a pregnancy should nevertheless be suspected. Hope your query is answered. Wish you good health.
