Defecated, Watery Stool And Vomit After Fever And Stomach Pain. Due To Food Outside?

after eating in a street food stall in an unfamiliar place, my abdomen started to ache and i defecated with a watery stool and vomit after. later, i experienced fever. i went to a medical laboratory and have my blood and stool tested. the results say that my sgpt is 83 (i dont know what it means) and my stool has abundant bacteria. what is your findings or diagnosis doctor?

Hi, Thanks for query.
It seems that you are having Acute Gastro Enteritis mainly due to food poisoning.
Consult your doctor and start the antibiotic,antispasmodic and anti diarrheal treatment.
Take plenty of fluids,electrolytes.
Take light food like curd,rice,buttermilk.
