Hi.. Presence of cyst in the stool indicates presence of parasitic infestation.. You may be having amoebic or entamobic infection.. Discuss with your doctor and you may need antibiotics, if you are symptomatic...

It is not normal. But may not be clinically significant. Because treatment depends on clinical symptoms and signs; not based on only the investigation findings. If you are having abdominal discomfort,it has to be treated. What type of cyst it is?
