Could Weakness,dizziness,vomiting Tendency And Pain In Lower Abdomen Indicate Pregnancy?
I am 30 years of age. I suffering from lower back pain(disk bulge annular tear at L4, L5) and excruciating pain in the left leg particularly when I get up from bed. Is nirjiven plus and gabapentin proper medication to get relief from the above symptoms ?

Prolapsed inter-vertebral disc can impinge on nerve emerging from spinal cord and causing shooting pain, numbness and weakness in severe cases.
As you are already on medications for this please let me know what you want to consult about.
In my opinion an MRI scan can tell you the severity of impingement and can guide you for further procedures/treatment.
