Could Tightness In Face Be Sign Of Bells Palsy?

Bell s Palsy Dear sir, 1 year before i got ear surgery due to middle ear infection and also they placed titanium for hearing, after 2 days i got facial palcy, it cures after 2 months... again i m feeling tightness on the same side of face... can i get again the same Bells Palsy ?

Bell's palsy post ear surgery is common .
but it resolves with steroids or sometimes with no medication.
tightness is not feature of Bell's palsy .
ur facial movements reduces .
examine urself i front of mirror by blowing ur mouth and tightly closing ur eyes .
if anything abnormal , immediately consult ENT surgeon
