Could This Have Been A Heart Attack ?

Here s what happened: I was driving when a car came out of nowhere and almost hit me really bad. I got really scared and felt a little bit of chest pain (in the center) that lasted a few minutes. Could this have been a heart attack? (And yes, if I see it s necessary I ll go to the doc, but before I spend 2,000 dollars on what could be nothing I d like to hear some opinions from other people :-)

Nah more like flight or fight... It was probably just from the stress, and anxiety of thinking you might have been hit. Unless the pain is still there I would just try to relax.
