Could There Be Another Unrelated Cause For The Chest Heaviness Or It Is Due To Synthroid Tablet?

ive a hx of GERD with barrett s (on prilosic bid) and, recently had my thyroid removed 2 moths ago (benign multi-nodular toxic goiter). I m slowly titrating up to proper dosing on synthroid but find I continue to suffer with a heaviness on my chest on inspiration, tiredness and low basal temp- about 97 daily. not sure which of my ailments to attribute this to- and just started on 100 synthroid- w/o much hoped for relief.... could there be another unrelated cause for the chest heaviness? pituitary? other?

Thanks for query on HCM.
Synthroid contains levothyroxine sodium.
Thyroid hormones regulate multiple metabolic processes and play an essential role in normal growth and development.
Your symptoms might be due to multivitamin,calcium deficiency,stress.
You have to consult your treating doctor to rule out cardiac involvement by ECG,ECHO and other investigations.
Otherwise take B12,folic acid,calcium,d3,minerals,protein milk powder and other supplements.
Eat more nutritious high fiber diet,drink enough water and other liquids.
Avoid stress,continue prilosic.
Go for exercise,yoga regularly.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
