Could The Symptoms Of Chest Pain, Coughing, Vomiting, Nausea, Dizziness And Light Headedness Be Flu?

I recently have been exposed to someone that has the flu. For 48 hours I have had fevers up to 102, chest pain particularly right side when breathe in, coughing and hacking (productive mainly but have had some non productive episodes), vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, headache, jaw pain, dizziness and light headed, red spots on chin and under neck. These could be symptoms of flu.However if they do not subside after taking flu medications ,suggest you to undergo chest xray and blood counts.
