I'm 44, no health problems and fit. During intercourse with my girlfriend there was not enough lubrication and I was left with a tear in the outer layer of my penis in several places. It was red and sore with open skin. When it healed, all the areas where there was a tear developed scar tissue and the tissue looks like warts. Could it be warts? There are no others, only where the skin was torn. If it is scar tissue can something be done?
