Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history about pain and sensation of lump in throat with hoarseness. There is a history of angina, coronary bypass and cervical fusion. I do not think these things are related and you are asking a wrong person. I would advise you to consult an ENT Surgeon for clinical evaluation and examination, endoscopy and MRI of the affected area to get the proper diagnosis and carry on the further treatment . It is possible that there may be injury to the nerve during cervical fusion.
