Could The Delayed Periods Be Due To The Side Effects Of Morning After Pill?

Hello, I did the blood test on friday and my hcg was 38.4. My last period was on the 26th of november. I took the morning after pill in december and havent gotten my period yet. There was no accident during intercourse but I took the pill just t be on the safe side.is it possible that its all because of the pill?

PLAN B or Morning after Pill has few side effects like stomach pain, dizziness, headache, breast pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, changes in menstrual cycle etc.

Also, it's not 100% protective. As your history says there was no accident, delayed periods could be due the hormonal combination in the pills.
