Could Sharp Pain In Anus And Pelvic Be A Result Of Gastritis And Colitis Or STD?

Hello! So, um, I m 16 and female, and lately when I pee I get a sharp pain in my anus and on my lower pelves just above my genitalia, and sometimes I get this pain when I try to sit down or when I walk (It s not really frequent but it happens at least once a day) and also last night this pain woke me up and only went away when I pooped (but that only happened last night, now even if I poop it wont go away and I ll get the pain while trying to poop as well). I don t know if this has to do with anything but I am sexually active, I ve only had intercourse with my boyfriend who is free of any kind of STDs and we always use a condom. I also have some stomach problems, I have/had gastritis, and colitis.

Dear member,
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
Sometimes fissures in the anus can cause sharp pain during defecation.(passing stools). Constipation associated with it causes worsening of pain.
You considering an ointment for hemorrhoids just before defecation to decrease the pain. If no symptoms in vagina or discharge then it may not be STD.
Thanks.
