Could Severe Pain In Right Abdomen Be Due To Liver Damage?

I'm scared I took a lethal dose of tylenol pm 6 mths ago did not receive treatment was really sick vomitting passed out woke up covered fecies was real bad for three days... then just moved on how didnt die dont know.. now i have a lot of pain on right side very sharp pain and have been really sick.. could this be liver from that and how serious.. should i seek medical atttention as soon as possible?

Yes, you need to visit doctor on nearest clinic and talk about all of that. You may damage your liver, because it paracetamol and also acetaminophen, is toxic on high doses for you liver. Get well.. good luck.
