Welcome to HCM.
Any type of left side chest pain at the age of 47 with over weight should be ruled out by certain investigations like FBS,PPBS,CBC,lipid profile,B12,X-ray chest,ECG,ECHO and if required TMT.
Cardiac involvement should be ruled out first.
Otherwise take nsaid with muscle relaxant for 7 to 10 days.
B12,folic acid ,minerals and other supplements will be helpful to treat your numbness and improve your general health.
Apply nsaid gel locally.
