Could Pelvic Pain Be Due To RA?

I have been experiencing severe pelvic pain. I also have RA. I have had test that showed a very small cyst that I was told should not be causing the pain. Also after a ct scan it was determined that lymph nodes in my groin area were somewhat enlarged but again I was told this should not cause the pain either. When the pain is really bad it hurts to walk or move my legs. I have not had a uterus for over 20 years. could my pain be from the RA
