Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Appendicitis also has associated symptoms like loss of appetite, mild fever, vomiting etc.
In clinical practice, diagnosis of appendicitis is almost excluded if the appetite is not disturbed. Appendicitis of any severity have varying degree of loss of appetite, but they do have it.
So would suggest you to see Pediatric Surgeon if you notice any other symptoms.

Take Care
