Hello Nazia and thanks for asking us,

Irregular period are commonly caused by hormonal imbalance. A very delicate hormonal balance is required in the female reproductive system for the formation of an ovum or female egg and its release. This happens for only one day in one month, so the chances of getting pregnant are only on that day. Sexual contact on other days is fruitless. However any small disturbance in this balance leads to non production of the egg or problem in its release. This is common in irregular cycles. This is the reason that pregnancy does not occur easily in such cases.

However, it seems that you have been diagnosed with PCOD. The drug bigomet Sr is used to control high insulin levels that are one of the hormonal problems. Chrominac is just a vitamin and mineral supplement not of direct use for infertility.

It would help to know the results of the laparo-hysteroscopy and ultrasound if any.
Most likely you will need a little assistance with ovulation by using ddrugs like clomiphene and an ovulation study combined with an IUI procedure depending upon your reports and response to therapy. Please upload detailed reports if possible.

You will conceive but it will take a bit of time and work up. Stick to the treatment. remember the doctor has only one day in the month when you can become pregnant so treatment for one month means one day for the doctor. So be persistent and you will get the results.

Hope this satisfies your query.
