Could Hurting In Urethral Opening And Yellowish Vaginal Fluid Due To Dehydration?
So i recently had a yeast infection but it is completely gone now. Im on accutane which dries you out and im suppose to drink alot of water, which i havent been. I still have yellowish vaginal fluid and my pee hole hurts. It doesnt burn like a uti would. Its just very sensitive. Could this be from dehydration? Ive been tested for STDs and all negative, and the doctor said my fluid didnt come back with any bacterial infections.
Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. As you mentioned that all tests are normal and still there is vaginal discharge ( yellowish in colour). In my opinion this may be due to cervical erosion , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a gynaecologist. Next possibility may be due to endometriosis in uterus ,diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of uterus. In my opinion dehydration is not a cause of yellowish discharge. So consult one another gynaecologist and get his opinion. Good luck. Dr. HET
