Could Diarrhea And Stomach Pain Be Related To Sinusitis?

Hi, I've had diarrhea and stomach cramps on 5 separate occasions in the last month but for the last 3 days I've been waking up from midnight with consistent diarrhea until the morning. By the time the morning comes I am exhausted and can't get myself out of bed for the rest of the day. I suffer from chronic sinusitis and am experiencing that as well at the moment and I wondered if it could be related? Thankyou

One more thing is that having diarrhea for these many days can
lead to electrolyte imbalance. Please maintain re-hydration.
