Hi,

Your father is on oral anti-coagulant acitrom which is Vit K antagonist (VKA). Hematuria can be a complication of oral anticoagulant therapy. Your father has already given Inj Vit K1 (Kaplin)to reverse the anticoagulant effect to stop hematuria. Usually, the dose is for 03 days. Since it is not a major bleed, you can wait till the 3rd dose. Meanwhile go for prothrombin time & PT INR, to know the anti-coagulant status.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
