Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum

You could be suffering from a sinus infection which is evidenced by a post nasal drip, cough and hoarseness. You need to start on a course of good antibiotics, a mucolytic (such as bromhexine or ambroxol), and saline nasal spray. Also, you need to do steam inhalation to reduce the phlegm and the cough. Consult a good ENT specialist for a complete check up.
