Coughing Orange Mucus, Sore Throat, Burning Chest Pain, Body Ache. What Should I Do?

I have orange jello mucus blobs I am coughing out from my sinus region. sore throat, burning chest pain and pressure, no rales or ronchi or wheezing , complete body aches. I had the flu about a month ago and this has been lingering for over a week. I feel like I have been hit by a car and exhausted. What does this orange jello mucus mean and what should I do about this? thanks.
