Hi,
I was repairing my car and a small amount of coolant dripped in my nose. A few seconds later I snorted and it went down my throat. I ran to the sink to drink water and I vomitted a little by the thought of it. Afterward I drank a bottle of water and gatorade. The next day my throat fells sore or irraitated. What can I do to cure my throat ?

you need to use lot of warm water
eat non oily non greesy food
as the acid come up after the ingection of some liquids it causes soar throat
need to use antacids tds
antiseptic mouth wash for gargles
use fibre and vegtble diets
