Hi, I have been having penile discharge for about 10 weeks now worse in the morning and little if not nothing during the day. I have had msu test an Std check chlamydia, gonorrhea, mycoplasama genitalium come back a week later clear. also at the time had Penis urethra swabed and checked under microscope at Std clinic for bacteria also clear all my blood HIV, hep a, b, c syphilis hsv1,2 all clear, so now also my glands In my groin right side have been or what feel swollen. And before I ejaculate I have this Milky grey non sticky semen or discharge not everytime. Then after about say 30 mins later when finished masterbating have really sticky thin discharge or something It is clear colour looking, Please could you help try and tell me what this could be?
