Constant And Severe Headaches, Dull Pressure And Sound In Ears. Cause?
For the last two months I have experienced two primary symptoms: 1. A constant 24/7 severe headache near the left temple - but I ONLY feel pain when I move my head (when I shake my head, or move it mildly from side to side). If I am still, no pain. As soon as I move my head... pain. 2. A dull pressure and roaring sound in my ears. This is daily, but intermittent... generally in the afternoon until late evening.
A pressure and roaring sound in the ear along with headache can be suggesting many causes all centering on to your brain/ sinuses and the ears. you need to do the following: 1. Get a full neurological work up including CT/ MRI of the brain to rule out any major issues 2. Get a full ENT consult and get your audiometry and CT of the brain/ Temporal bone done to rule out the contribution of the ears in your malady 3.get an ENT to perform an endoscopy and CT PNS to rule out any sinus problem
remember that you need to constantly exercise your brain so that you can overcome your problem. Just do everything in a slow and steady manner
take care and get well soon
