Hi.

I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

Your symptoms might be due to Sinus headache as you have pain in the front of forehead or it could be a classic migraine without aura. I advice you to,
- take Antibiotics for next 5days
* use Nasivion spray 2-3drops thrice a day (if you have nose block)
* Steam inhalation
* Analgesics like Naproxen /paracetamol & Triptans
* Local heat on forehead
* stress free exercises
* Also to have a consultation with an ENT specialist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
