Consistent Fullness Under Left Rib, Endoscopy Shows Small Inflammation Of Stomach. What Is It ?
Hi, I have had consistent fullness under my left rib for about a month. An endoscopy was performed which was negative except for a small amount of inflammation of the stomach. Nothing big. I was scheduled for an ultrasound of the abdomen. The GI who performed my endoscopy thinks I'm fine. Would the endoscopy of the stomach have any indicators that the spleen is enlarged or there is a mass present outside the stomach or that the pancreas is diseased?

From endoscopy esophagus and stomach condition can be found out.
Organs other than these requires Ultra sound of abdomen.
To know condition of pancreas, spleen, liver, kidneys etc requires ultra sound abdomen examination.
