Consistent Breathing Difficulty, Low BP And Heart Rate, Chronic Constipation, Orthostatic Tachycardia, Pain Below Sternum, Any Thoughts?

I have had sudden but continuous breathing difficulty for 9 weeks. With this I also have low blood pressure (80/55) and low heart rate at 58 that jumps to 155+ at certsin times.I am 41 and have no other known issues except chronic constipation . I ve been diagnosed with orthostatic tacycardia but feel my troubles are gastro related. I was diagnosed with h pylori 2 years ago and suspect hiatal hernia or GERD and vagas nerve stimulation are behind this. I have pressure but not pain below my sternum. Ulcer? What are your thoughts? I m currently in hospital. Thank you for any attention you give my inquiry.

Greetings of the day

Its likely that pain is due to Gastritis/gastric ulceration.
It requires Upper gastrointestinal Endoscopy for further assesment,

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life
