Your symptoms can be because of left sided residual infective problem may be an abscess formation in that region which has got walled off but not resolved completely with the medicines you have taken. The ear symptoms can be because of fluid collection in the middle ear. You should consult ENT especially as you are having problem with opening your jaw. Regards.
