Cold, severe cough with phlegm, sore throat, blocked nose, pink eyes. Treatment for symptoms?

I had a cold for a week, it stopped for a day and worsened the next. I have a bad cough , coughing up pleghm all while my throat is sore. My nose is stuffy, I m starting to get what looks to be pink eye also cause I m waking up with my eyes stuck together by eye crumbies. I ve been taking cold medicine but none of it seems to be working.

the symptoms you have mentioned are suggestive of respiratory tract infection. the effective treatment for such symptoms are antibiotics like co-amoxiclav, antiallergics and paracetamol along with cough syrup like sulbutamol with exptorant
