Chronic eye inflammation, chronic stress, face sweating, occasional rectal bleeding. Allergies ruled out. Any insights?

For the last 3 years have had chronic eye imflamation, chronic stress all my life, tired, head and face sweating and at times rectal bleeding . Went to an allergist and have no allergies, she thinks it s an audioimmune problem, high level of sludge(I think that is how you spell it) I am going today to my primary care , does anyone have any insight.
