Child Is Having Diarrhea. Taking Formula, Breast Milk. Took Zincat, Entamizole. No Vomiting. Treatment?

i need your help for umaima's diarrhea. umaima is having diarrhea. she was taking formula with breast milk from 20thmarch when she was 3 month old. due to sleep problems we started formula apagul thought that perhaps she is hungry thats why she cant sleep better it was approximately 1 bottle(4oz) per day.she was good and used to do one stool a day. on 6th april loose motion starts 8 to 10 per day initially they develop rash on nappy area we stopped formula and continue only breast milk no medicine as doctor said it is viral infection which last for 3 days. after three days zincat syrup was given for 3 days rash was now improved bt number of potties was same. after that we stopped zincat and did a totka of rice water which show temprory result we did it two times. after that on 9th day of diarrhea on a doctor's suggestion we gave entamizole for 3 days bt situation was same. then we consult another doctor .he said that her chest is not clear thats why she has diarrhea so he suggested to stop entamizole and give an antibiotic(cefpodoxime) sulbutamol syrup zincat syrup and an oral suspansion containing "Spores of multiantibiotic-resistant B. clausii " . we gave this medicine for 5 days as he suggested bt situation was same 7 to 10 per day then i stopped all medicine. on 19th day she did 3 potties but for only 2 days and then again started 6 per day for the last three days her potty is watery there is no vomiting no fever no blood no sickness.baby is active.stool is watery we have done stool RE test report was "color:green yellow, consistancy:loose, mucus :+ve,puss cell:occassional, [all other things were nil]" then I started flagyl on another doctor advice for five days that may be the laboratory test was not correct but still she passes mucous yellow green stools 5 times a day. it was the whole situation. from 6th april she is taking only breast milk and medicines which i have told. now please tell me what to do with her to cure her diarrhea?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi
thanks for your query at HCM
generally antibiotics are not recommended for loose motions
you should give him extra fluid and ORS ,
monitor his hydration status
if there is any blood or fever or child starts vomit every thing then immediately visit you doctor

change his diaper after every loose stool
how nuch urine he is passing
continuous follow up to your gastroentrologist is necessary for 2nd line of investigations
i will be available for your help
wishing you a speedy recovery
take care
regards
