Child Have Cold And Diarrhea. Had A Surgery Earlier. Have Bump On Hand Now. What Could Be The Reason?

My 2 year old has a cold and had diarrhea for a couple days. Cold is still here diarrhea has been gone since Sunday. He also had surgery on Friday so I believe that's where the diarrhea came from. Anyways. I did notice he had a small pimple like bump on his hand the morning of surgery but went away in 2 days. Now he has one on his ankle It doesn't seem to bother him but when he was in the bath a noticed about 6 small bumps around it. He doesn't seem to be bothered by them. When I spread it they kinda go away. Any ideas of what this could be

As the bumps are on exposed parts like legs and hands, mostly they are due to some insect bites like mosquitoes.

But physical examination is important to know the skin problem.

You can apply a calamine containing lotion externally over the bumps.

Consult your Pediatrician for examination and specific treatment for the bumps.
