Hi Thank you for your query The pimples or rashes may be allergic in nature. Try changing whatever she wears as underpants. Avoid diapers for a while. Try applying some talc to reduce the itching. Consult a pediatrician. If it is a nappy rash then certain ointments are available in the market which may help her. If you don t use diapers try changing material of her lowers. Prefer cotton. It is least allergenic to the skin. But at times pyoderma may present like this. A pediatrician will tell you that. In that case your child may need a course of antibiotics.
