Child Has History Of Ear Infections, Has Grommet S Inserted. Hoarse Voice, No Energy. Any Answers?

Hi My 34 month old child with a history of ear infections has not been well past few days. He had grommets inserted 14 month ago and been fine since. However , as I said, he has not been well past few days. Sleeping more during the day, no energy, says he feels sick, no temp, hoarse voice, red veins on tonsils. Do you have any answers. Thanks.
