Child Has Dengue. Itching In Hands And Feet. Due To Dengue?

mam my daughter is 6 year old .last week she was diagnosed wid dengue fever .two days back her platletscount was 0000 and today it was 0000 her fever is reduced presently she is facing hand and feet itching problem.is this problem is due to dengue fever.kindly sought out my problem.is itching problem is common in this fever.if it is then tell me hw to cure it.thanx

Itching is very common in dengue fever, simple anti-histamines like Promethazine/Pheniramine Maleate will help. If there is increase in platelet count and no Fever then there is no major cause of Concern.
